The Salvation Army is in great need of on-call volunteers to be ready to help serve meals each evening to the homeless and hungry at the Inclement Weather Center shelter 191 Calhoun Street, Columbia, SC 29201 any evening the temperatures are expected to drop below 40 degrees. now through March 31, 2015. The opening of the Inclement Weather Center will be determined and communicated each day by noon.
