Young Thug Files Motion To Remove Judge From YSL Rico Case

The YSL RICO case keeps getting more and more interesting as the days go by, and now Thug’s legal team has requested for the judge to be removed from this case. Brian Steel, Young Thug’s attorney, also requested a mistrial, stating “improper conduct” on the part of the judge and the prosecution, according to court records. The motion continued that this improper conduct resulted in “constitutional and statutory rights, including the right to due process, a fair trial, a fair tribunal, ethical prosecutors and the right to be present at every critical stage of the proceedings under the Georgia Constitution.”
