GloRilla Credits Rap-Artist-Turned-Music-Executive Yo Gotti For Her Decision To Hire An Accountant

GloRilla, formerly Gloria Hallelujah Woods, is a Memphis-born musician who succeeded in 2022 with her single “F.N.F. (Let’s Go),” which Hitkidd produced. The song quickly gained popularity, leading to a significant change in her life and career. GloRilla learned valuable lessons about financial management, including the importance of hiring an accountant, with guidance from Yo Gotti, who signed her to his record label, Collective Music Group (CMG).  “My first year I blew up; this was before I got an accountant. I was just spending money, and I’m like, ‘Okay, I’m getting it. I’m making it but I’m spending it too,’” she recalled. “So, like, I really wasn’t just in tune… So, Gotti had got me an accountant.”  Yo Gotti’s emphasis on financial literacy and artist development has been instrumental in his success, which has earned him a net worth of $100 million.
