Gun Shots Ring Out At Toronto Raptors Championship Parade

My source says there were reports of at least 4 shots fired during the Toronto Raptors Championship Parade earlier today. The gunshots rang out and panic ensued. Police say 2 suspects have been arrested and they have recovered 2 firearms as well.
