According to my source you WILL NOT see this ad on Superbowl Sunday because CBS has banned it from running.
It was said to have been produced by Acreage Holdings; and I hear they were willing to pay about 5
The ad, produced by Acreage Holdings, a marijuana and cannabis investment firm, was willing to pay $5 million for the ad to run during The Big Game but CBS declined the offer. I hear CBS doesn’t allow Marijuana Ads on air. Get more info here
