Rick Ross’ Car & Bike Show Plans Hit Roadblock
  • Rick Ross recently reacted to the news of Fayette County denying approval for his car and bike show.
  • Rick said, “I just parked the pink Cadillac out here. We getting ready, June 3 it’s going down, it can’t be stopped for nothing.”
  • He continued, “The show goes on … See you Saturday, June 3 The Promise Land.”
  • The Fayette County Planning and Zoning Commission did not approve because this car show “is not in compliance with Fayette County Zoning Ordinance.”
  • How much do you think Fayette County will fine Rick Ross for moving forward with his car and bike show?

  • Rick Ross’ second annual car and bike show is in danger of being postponed after Fayette County, Georgia officials rejected his request for a permit.
  • The Fayette County Planning and Zoning Commission rendered a decision regarding Rick Ross’ application for a permit to hold his car and bike exhibit and concert on his The Promise Land property on June 3. The permit was refused because it “is not in compliance with the Fayette County Zoning Ordinance.”
  • The first performance was organized by Rick Ross in May. The documents state that it was authorized “as a Conditional Use in the A-R Zoning District and characterizing the event as a horse show/rodeo/carnival and/or community fair.” The Zoning Commission has ruled that none of those descriptions apply to this year’s event, nevertheless.
  • The legal document stated, “Any decision to allow the 2022 event to move forward as a conditional use in the A-R Zoning District was made outside of the scope of authority of the then acting Director of Planning & Zoning/ Zoning Administrator.”
  • Who do you think would win in a Verzuz battle between Rick Ross and T.I.?
